So~ri: The Sound of the Spirit Feature Documenatry (2005)
Synopsis Documentary “So~ri” is about the reevaluation and rediscovery of Korean folk music and its spiritual beauty in New York and also has the purpose to show its cultural and musical beauty to people in New York through the project of the Performance, which is called, “Pungmul” in NYC. In addition, with the project of the ensemble with African Drumers/Cuban Music, this documentary also tries to make the musical and cultural harmony by combining with other different art forms in New York City.
