Synopsis The short film, Milk, set in 1947 at the small seaport village in America. With her infant son, Maria Betulucci leaves the comfort and protection of her country, Italy, to find her American husband (a WWII veteran). Immersed in her search into a world she never fathomed, we are introduced to Tom Platt (a homeless WWII American veteran). Tom is also lost, searching for his place in society.
